Think its just the oil filter housing you need to remove derek
not sure if the intake manifold needs removed

Have a look where it bolts on before you strip it all off

All fitted no need to take off intake manifold. Air filter box required to be removed fan was already off, remove power steering pulley and alternator for access. It's 6 bolts that need to be removed for the OFH removal. Track night tomorrow hopefully it's a bit cooler.

So with this fitted I take it you need to warm up the oil/car before you drive anywhere?

Taken car to work this morning for trackday tonight water temp came up the same this morning sitting between blue mark and first white dot. Oil temp just took a few miles to temp but sitting about 70 degrees. This was on motorway run about 70mph on 50 mile run guages didn't move during the run . Looking hopeful for tonight and forecast dry.

Car on track last night oil temp was 100 degress and water temp was middle of the gauge. Last time on track temp reached red and oil temp was 125 and car wasnt been driven as hard, so looks like good results with mods to keep temperatures down. Also took 0.5 previous best time in car now with 1.5 secs of csl and car was about 5 mph slower at end of straights than csl.
