Infact, I'll be booking mine in for an oil refresh and a checkover once I'm back from my hols. I need to start getting some VFM from my warranty! |

Most of the cars on the trip are looked after by ELM's apart from an oil change to one due to new engine, Giraffe had a great time enjoying the trip all cars went well, must be a credit to ELM's and they treat the cars like there own so you know in good hands.

Yes. Totally and absolutely.
I saw 3 dealers local to me to diagnose issues. They either couldn't find anything, or charged me and couldn't find anything. One dealer took the piss and took the car for a thrash. (Mileage, trip Mpg and gearbox left on s6) and then denied it. Elms is exactly how all BMW service should be & Gareth knows CSLs so well it really is worth the trip. |

I live about a mile from Sytners Nottingham.
They didn't know how to fill it with oil and guessed (wrongly) Plus the service people make my skin crawl. I'd maybe take a 320d there, but not anything specialist. I take it to Elms now too Night and day difference |

yeah i thought that was a bit of a cheeky highjack...Appologies
As a side note; having worked in 3 main dealer groups along the south coast I think it's very impressive that you guys hold a main dealer in such high regards. Generally speaking main dealers see a very limited number of M cars, and especially CSL's. After seeing what goes on in main dealers (again generally speaking) I can see why. Its incredibly admirable what Elms & Gareth have done to keep a very demanding group of people very happy. Some people visit a dealer because they have to, some because they want to. At the end of the day enthusiasts want to know that their car is being worked on by knowledgeable technicians, and that the premium they pay for the main dealer stamp is worth it. In this (in my opinion) isolated case, speaking from a relative competitor I have to take my hat off to the work that Elms are doing. Is that better Shimmy??!! Planning to make the grand trip from London so Gareth can do a BMW Inspection II Service. Otherwise for most of the BMW Oil Services I just use BMW Park Lane (Battersea) who are so much nearer. And also BMW Park Lane were the supplying BMW Dealer :-)
