Cooking fillet steaks and Haggis tonight for everyone. Can manage that no problem, but can never get the sauce right.

Looking for a creamy / white wine maybe sauce. Not bothered about peppercorn.

I cooked a good steak last night with peppercorn sauce with side grated potato in a layer then lightly fried underneath the fillet along with veg. Hmmm..

Nice to put some garlic in with a creamy sauce.
