Hey guys, read this thread. I thought I'd see if I could find the driver of the blue VXR Astra, which had to be the worst driver of the day with VXR Syndrome... thinking he had a faster car than he did - check out his comment to Dave....

It was either him or the grey caged MX5 which was regularly seen spinning!

I managed to get on just for the afternoon. The blue Astra was very quick in a straightline - must be remapped! - but wouldn't lift off/move over though I did find one or two CSLs suffering the same syndrone I had a drag race all the way down the back straight on one lap into the final chicane as he moved over right but was full flat out

Was a good trackday over all, and the weather was really on our side!

He was pretty dreadful! Held up me, Shim and Duncan when we had our battle laps in heavy traffic.

Glad it wasn't just me that thought he was a nightmare! Followed him a whole lap & he went down the left handside of both straights. Track day virgin not maybe but no excuse he still has mirrors!

What was his comment? I couldn't get onto that link

I'm fine with giving people space whatever experience but when they hold you up for half a lap with absolutely no use of mirror then spin again right in front of you it gets a bit tiresome as there's no need. Some TDOs will end your day if you did that!

I think it's this one; "Thanks Dave for a great day. A few numptys out there but apart from that it was awesome."

I was in a black M Coupe - I was only on in the afternoon though as I managed to get on after a few retirements in the morning (apparently there was a coming together early on!? I saw a blue 911 with some damage in the pitlane)
