lol @ Steve
I had a great day. for my first rwd trackday was all at sea this morning, esp as steve reckoned my tyres would explode, but by the time he had stopped abusing me and he'd fooked off, I think I was doing ok, so cheers to Lawsy for breaking your csl and giving me the day to play. It was good too put a few names to faces (cheers for the mug Billy) along with seeing the old guard..... chop chop next time alex! Quote:

Jim you were doing OK in the morning, it wouldn't be me if I didn't wind you up
But there's low and low.....and 50mm spacers on the back you missed a good do Lawsy! Shimmy was quick but Sy was quicker than all. there were a few good tussles, enjoyed the one with Shimmy, Alex and Dunc. I was with Dunc and we did a bit of off road (grass) action. Dunc "I was trying a different line to them" Me "Well it didn't FUCKING work" Last edited by s.mac; 31-08-2012 at 11:11 PM. |

bunch of faggots
just totted up, did 92 laps but was loads of traffic and some closure time but overal great weather, half decent company (in the most part) and some great CSL fun (didnt see TerryB or Bealo on track but did scalp the other GT3s) Shame no Lawsy but good that Alex got there eventually, DuncanR car got cured and 3wheels3 turned up and did an afternoon. Top man Dunc for letting our mate Steve (Flatstick) take out your CSL . I could tell he was driving coz the car mainly stayed on the tarmac. Till next time (2013 Munich Trip details due out in a week!)

I did 190 miles on track mainly in traffic
car needs a better driver and better tyres, more power, less weight, bucket seats.....

and Sy was as quick as a rabbit with its tail on fire, thanks for the passenger laps (i also had to break it to him that Lawsy really does only have one arm and he wasnt kidding)............but i cant go that fast and i think Lawsy might have killed himself trying
BUT it did inspire me to press the loud pedal a bit more in the afternoon and up my game a little
