Many new parts
Enlighten your audience
Engine pressure checked at BMW before purchase.
What does this mean? If I was buying I would be dubious
Confident you will find better at this mileage or money
You will never sell it telling people there are better cars for the mileage and money

Remove the email bit too, if you don't want to respond that's your choice. But you will lose a few interested parties IMO, get them on the hook.
If you want to sell it respond to a prospective buyer in the way they want. It could be the difference between selling or not.

thats a rubbish advert mate

No interior pictures?

No pictures of service book stamps or list of services carried out

Large file of MOT and history, pictures please!

Show me the AP's! Big selling point, show them off!

Why have the engine pressure checked? It's a compression and leak down test and is only usually done when you have problems...remove it from the advert!!

What tyres are on it and how much tread?

etc etc good luck

I would do this. Get people excited, like Barry C mentioned, interior shots, AP shots, engine, make sure its cleaned within a inch of its life, this car has been meticulously maintained.

Also put all invoices in plastic wallets, take pictures of them and the service book, let the potential buyer know when its been serviced and where at what date and miles.

Take pictures of the cups on the rims, additional tyres. Basically give them all the info so when they call you all they need to know is what time are they viewing the car.

Amend the ad to like this, feel free to use this, but make sure she is clean and take new pictures and upload them straight away:

For sale is my much loved M3 CSL with 65,000 miles which has been meticulously maintained and wants for nothing.

Full BMW Service History and one indie. Last two services at BMW
List all services & brake fluid changes.......
MOT to May 2013,
Tax to October 2012,
Remote Alarm and Immobiliser,
Tracker monitor,
AP brakes front and rear with plenty of pads left,
Carbon shift paddles,
All OEM Rims refurbed and look brand new
As new Steering wheel
Recent 4 wheel alignment plus the car has just had new ???????? and needs nothing
2 sets of tires, 1 set of Michelin pilot sport cups with 3mm of tread left and 1 set of Vredestein with 5mm of tread left.
Next service due in approx. 5,000 miles.
Large file of history and mots as seen in pictures
Stunning condition for a car on this mileage you will not find one better.

No joy riders.

Plenty of pictures of clean engine bay, interior, splitters, aps, invoices, service stamps and exhaust tips if clean then your be half way there.

Hi,

There is one thing that is selling
Cars at the moment and that's
the price.

As my Grandfather always said-

'' your first loss is your best loss''

Good luck with your sale.

Regards,

The Gorilla.
