Yeh, about right. Most dealers have silly amounts of paperwork for menial jobs. The book time will probably be 0.8 I imagine.

One of our CSL's has the same issue on the up paddle. I have a few spares knocking about, so I'm gonna pop one in. Ill time it tomorrow.

A quick easy way to clean the cups up is to drive in the wet or do a wet TD in them. Then there look like new.

Id be pleased with the wear as it looks minimal.

If you can get 8 TD out of them you have managed the tyres well.

Around 2 min, so could be quicker . Standard suspension and brakes. Better pads thought ( performance friction ones), no fade and very good but had there limits of how late you could brake . Good value thought, and no problem with 7 + laps at a time.

Not sure want to spend £2000 to shave 5 seconds a lap.
But could be wrong .

Thanks.

You spent 15k more on the Csl than a normal m3 for 2ish seconds a lap.

But it's not always about the lap time, it's the ease and fun of doing it. My car with full track spec is a much more enjoyable drive on track than when standard.

But it's no longer a comfortable road car.

That said coilovers, bbk and cups still keep fantastic road manners too.

Get some more tennis lessons done and buy some brakes.

Someone doing 1.50 laps would lap you after 11 laps. 5 seconds would mean he would take 22 laps. Big big difference
