Snetterton Yesterday
Had a run out in the sunshine to meet a few lads at Snetterton yesterday and what a lovely day..... Didn't start in the best way as I managed to get a speeding ticket on the way there but shit happens hey !!
Had a Pax ride with billy which was great fun and an eye opener to what a properly set up CSL is like with coily's on.... glad he can get through the noise tests at last...... Also Met Matt who came out for a quick spin with me " well nearly " and John who's apparentley not a poster but a watcher....... Dirty perv. It was good to talk Bollox and good to see that there wasn't much on track that could worry the CSL's. First time on track for me with Cups and it made me realise how much the standard suspension struggles on a tighter track with sticky rubber...... Don't really want to change mine as its not going to be an outright Track toy and I really enjoy the compliant ride on the road. Took billy out for the last session which which was fun...... Just a shame the camera was full by then. Great day and hoping to do Silverstone in April.... Matty. |

Funkster, CSL Matt & Dirty Perv John, great to catch up.
CSL Matt thanks for the driving tips. First time on cups was a good learning curve, they needed 5+ hard laps to get heat into them. Funkster then showed me what they can do. Gutted my camera ran out of space as we done that GT3 Heres a driveby video: |

Yep, great day has been had. Good to put new faces to names, "Funkster" = Matty + "S1 CSL" = John, the new members of the East Anglia CSL Posy
THANX for PAX solutions chaps especially Matty for the Snett 300 Racing lines Timely reminder to get my Cecil back on the road & track @ the end of the month A few obligatory pix from the day.
