I will be interested to hear if it reaches its asking price or near to at least. Mine has a similar mileage if a bit less with APs all round and I always think I should be able to get £30,000 but in recent months some have been short selling.

I think you should, but don't go dropping the price every 2 minutes, it might take 15-30 days and it will go.
