I am surprised in general there seem to be CSLs with "low" mileages and lots of owners in general.

There was a BMW Approved Used Car M3 CSL with 5 owners and 30k miles!

No surprise really. It's quite common for "Special" cars like the CSL to be owned by many people for only a short while, just long enough to scratch that itch.
The chap I bough mine from only had it for 6 months (he was scratching that CSL itch). Same story with Porkers, Fezzez and Lambos as well
My local OPC just around the corner have 2 year old Porkers with 2-3 previous owner, one of whom is probably a Porsche dealer themselves.

Agreed, the flash stuff always has a few extra owners. Punters buy, keep less than 12 months and get bored. Flog it on and cross another one off the list.
