Default Orignal Suspension at 62K?

Thinking of renewing some of the suspension components, cars done 62k and is on original springs, shocks. It feels ok, perhaps a little vague on the front end, I’m use to brand new cars generally and it feels a bit looser overall compared to the new stuff I’ve had. Already had the RATB’s done and a limiter kit fitted, this tightened the backend up a lot.

I plan to do a few track days, but it’s mainly road use, so not considered after market coil covers/springs

Not sure what’s next, have any other members renewed the OEM suspension or gone down the power flex bush route, there’s the complete kit on eBay for a £240 or these look interesting

Want to tighten things up, but keep the OEM low levels of noise and vibration.

Have you considered front top mounts with OEM suspension?

If you still want OEM 'feeling' but tighter controlled then you might consider a KW V3 or Bilstein PSS 9/10 suspension kit. Both kits will give a better degree of control and you can also lower the ride height a little too. They are a good compromise for a road car used on track occasionally.

If you want more control/stiffness/adjustability then you need to look at KW Clubsport, Intrax, Moton, etc. Your ride on road will suffer more, however...

I would do a track day and see how you feel mate. I would put spacers on up front 1st and then go from there.

Most who track their car usually do the limiter/bushes first and then move on to suspension as they begin to push the OEM setup.

That's what i did
