Not too worried about the spring rates actually as I have an idea of what they might be.

So did you have the shocks from new when you say they are 1 year old? Have these ever had a rebuilt or damage history? Roughly how many miles or competition days?

Thanks

8 weekend use for sprint races and yes had them rebuilt for no reason (was nothing wrong with them) at a cost of about 800 quid
