They seem to look so good on the CSL. How is the noise? I do quite a few days at Croft and am forever getting pulled for noise (95db limit) unless it's a noisy day which are few and far between.

You got the suspension on yet? been looking at the Billy kit myself.
It's absolutely SUPERB I'm glad I went for the Lightweigh "RACE" SS in the end As yet I haven't done any dB noise tests with my set up but on road it's very civilised, not at all intrusive, has a tiny hint of boomines @ around 2000-3000 rpm ( only under load in top gear ) but it's nowhere near as bad as the old MILTEK "Boom-Box" that I originally bought her with.
Just waiting for my front adjustable top mounts to arrive form the US and the "Billys" will be going ON next I'll do an update once they are On
Can't wait to get back On Track Can somebody pleeeeez ! fast forward to Summer

Get the SS centre without resonator then - like mine
had that before with the full SS system, sold it all to try something new (which I did) and now thinking of something new again

BTW Glendog you got me

Great post Paul!
Just bought the bits to do this on mine - warranty wouldn't cough up for new back box...

I am glad to hear that I was not the only one to be turned down on a warranty claim for the back box due to the clamps splitting.

It was easier in the 'old' days!

Rstoughy - how are you getting on with the decibel killers? Ive got supersprint cats, ss centre pipe and lightweight backbox and need to get the noise down as its very loud?

Are they worth it?

Was reading 93db static @ Croft so done the trick there. Brought me down from 98.

Standard except the Scorpion back box.

Edit to say Croft is the only circuit i've had to fit them.
