I remember that weekend well. Spent most days in the bar or sledging with the locals! Awesome fun but the CSL was a bit of a challenge on Cups!!

Would love to go aswell. Planning a trip around Europe next year in my new ickle baby. Do you guys normally stay in the same hotel each year? Is there better fun in some hotels than others any recomendations? Apologises if this has been covered in a previous post.

I found the CSL just as good at touring as it is on track during my summer road trip this year. Comfier than i would have ever thought possible and dare i say even rather frugal when motorway cruising - for a 3.2ltr anyway!

Regarding the Ring, I have stayed at the Ringhaus the last couple of times as there tends to be a few 'likeminded' car nuts in the bar in the evening. I stayed at the Hotel An Der Nordschleife before that but the bar was closed... I think most places are pretty good for similar money. You can't beat a hot stone steak in Sabine's mum's Tiergarten restaurant
