Talk to Stevie, 'M5Steve' he owned one for many years, over on Bavarian Board, you know the big, ginger welder guy? Proper Glasgow boy and a Gent to suit.

I still have my old e39 M5 and it is quite dramatic when it starts up in the morning inside my garage. Everyone in the house knows I am leaving and mine is stock.
I have not had any major issues with mine. Just the usual consumables and a radio module that would not switch itself off. It is a lovely driver for my trip to Kirkcudbright, Scotland to pick up my children. I use it as my run about although no short journeys if I can help it. Pip |
