Alex if you would look the akra system you should know why it is not good, you must see where the lamda and the katsystem is working, this is unbelievable...( first comes lamda 1 than lamda 2 and alfter them comes the kat, ha ha, realy good....)
And that is also the reason why you must buy the electronic box to erase the faults in the system....
The kats are broken after 1,5 year....

Enough details Alex????

Marcus your contribution in this forum is trying to sell your exhausts.
There is something genuinely wrong with that.

I suppose you don't know that the akra for the M3 E92 is the best exhaust and is making the more HP than any other product in the market.
I am sure the system for the M3 E46 will be something similar, top quality and best performance.

Can you explain how you designed the system for the M3 E46 ?
Did you use some simulation programm for simulating the gas flow or did you use rule of thumb ?

It isn't as if Akra make the cats, I assume they use HJS ones like everyone else?

Didn't realise they had both sensors in front of the cat though, that seems weird. Can be turned off in map anyway I assume so no issue?

Hi Alex, if you write that the Akra bring the most hp, then yes you have it measured, and how was your result :-)
The information does not correct the Akra, measured just after! And they will also no system for the E46 M3 build !!!!!!
Our system was developed by a renowned builder exhaust, and they give power and is processed very very good! There are not many companies can handle the Titan!
But any how they want, I will make sure no Akra under my car, I have seen them and can not find it good!

Well I have some connections...
I know 3 M3 E92s in Greece that saw a big difference with the akrapovic exhaust. I can recall that the increase was 20HP. That's not so bad for an exhaust, especially when it's much lighter.

I hope you know that the M3 E92 GT4 has an akrapovic exhaust.

As for the positions of the lamda sensors, the M3 E92 has pre-cats which get deleted with the akrapovic.
As when you de-cat a BMW, you can put some bungs to get the lamda sensor out...

I find you uninformed and it's a surprise for me since you have a M3 GTS and a M3 CSL.
You should read more Marcus

Let's see if they will make an exhaust for the E46.
I have a feeling that they might do something.

Yes, not good enough for you

I want to underline one more time that the M3 E92 GT4 has Akrapovic exhaust, unlike the M3 GTS

Well if it's good enough for BMW Motorsport, it's good enough for me

These beautiful maps I could copy, but I was wondering if you have it measured it myself, obviously not!
What do the GTS and GT4, I know, do not worry about it! The GT4 was developed prior to the GTS, and believe me the Akra is not the best thing there is!
But Alex, as I'm concerned you can put 10 units set in the garage, or under any car that you have 2 building under!
I do not care!
And I read very carefully, and I do not take my knowledge from some advertising brochures!

Greets Marcus

OK chaps, love it or hate it, this is a thread about the possible availability of an Akrapovic system for the E46/CSL. Fact is there are distinct possibilities (weather you believe that or not Twiti111) and news will, I'm sure, be coming soon.

Twiti111, I believe you had another thread for your system. Might be better to bump that thread rather than hyjacking this one?
