Ring the DVLA and ask them if B6 ALO has ever been issued. If not they can put it into one of their auctions for you.
With regards to the owners of the other plates only DVLA can give you this information. I've never tried this myself but here's one example you could try. You now know what car the plate is on just say you've been involved in an accident with them and you need to get in touch with the owner. |

i think for a fee, the DVLA can provide you with the address to which the plate is registered...
Based on a friend of mine wanting to trace the history of his car, and he got a list of the addresses of previous keepers. Could be because he owned the car though... |
