Camera mounted to cage????

To those that have cages installed, How do you guys mount your cameras to the cage?

One of these - http://www.cameragrip.co.uk/acatalog...sc2_clamp.html

I recommend foam tape wrapped around the cage and then this mounted onto that. Makes a difference to help stop skipping if you're using tapes.
