The daily driver
As the RS4 Has now gone, this has been upgraded to the "Nice" car.
An old 2003 Turbo bodied C4S - Bought as the daily driver, whilst I have a short commute. 26MPG so near the same as the old CSL. Not quite as mad as the CSL, but still has the presence, cant believe that I have again ended up with a black car!!! EDIT- AUG 2018 - Now Sold.

Congrats jonny
I have a bit of a soft spot for old audis, while lacking behind on the driving dynamics but they are very reliable. Love your RS4. Both are great Cars, But wouldn't the RS4 make for a better daily than the 911?

cheers.
I know what you mean, the M3 chassis is one of the best in the world, so the RS can't compete for giving feedback, but in its defence, the Bi-turbo makes up for it, and with the Quattro 4x4 its well planted when nailing it.

Quote:
The C4S is more docile, auto and smooth as a silk, and purrs like a happy cat, unless you really give it the gas, and gives good mpg for a 3.6 auto 4x4, I get 26.5 MPG on average, so that's same as my old M3 CSL.

Has a B5 RS4 for a few years in Avus as well.
Hitec interior? That's better than the leather. Tuned mine up a but to c510bhp/ft lbs. Was a bit rapid.

I also did the same a couple of years ago, CSL went and bought a B5 as a replacement toy. Don't use it all that much, but I'm still very fond of it
Took it down to the Eifel Rallye last July. Never managed to find the limiter on the Bahn, but it was just rock solid at 160+ |
