EEL light

I get a light pretty often (every 2-3 months). I'm running a full Miltek system with 100 cel cats.

I use this device:

Paired with this app:

It lets me read the codes and clear them. 9/10 times it's this code:

- P0430 - Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold

The only time it showed any other code was when my SMG pump was on the way out.

It's not a serious diagnostic tool by any stretch, but it's useful to travel with on road trips and track days, and will clear repetitive exhaust codes on the move.

thanks chaps. Got the cable shack set up. Got 19 year old son to load it onto his laptop, being as I can only operate abacus, got rid off emission light , even ran smg bleed for kicks, hopefully move me into 21 centuary with my diy service skills chad

. Cheers just got this code reader device and app linked it to iPhone, Had a short spin out in Csl. Talk about big brother watching you , ,,Made me think,, how long will it be before drivers get speeding tickets from being linked to iPhone satnav, Any thoughts on this chaps and Csl girl.
