Default E46/e90 wheels

Hi
I will be getting the Mrs a (2014) 320d x-drive touring this week and would like to fit some Csl 18" style wheels, the question is do e46 wheels fit on this car ?
Thanks

Since the E30 3 Series (except the M3s of that era) to the best of my knowledge, all BMW OEM hubs have had a 5 x 120 fitment. So in that respect, you should be fine.

The question will be about Offsets and Brake Caplier clearance...
Given that all OEM CSL Wheels are 19 inch flavour, I would guess that you'll be looking at replicas? So would have to consider the suitability of a specific wheel type..

Generally 3 series offsets are compatible to Z3/Z4, but are quite different to 5 and 7 series, so whilst they may clear the brakes ok, you might get rubbing on the inner or outer of the arch liner.
Genuine CSL 19's might require the arches to be rolled, so you really need to consider the whole picture as it's a RIGHT expensive PITA when you get it wrong having bought tyres and paid for fitting and balancing (ask me how I know...)

If you're looking at replicas, or advice in general, I can recommend Mark at BMW Autosport - he sesriously knows his onions ! and will, I am certain, supply you with a set too!

Lastly, You might want to consider the wheels supplied OEM with the special Edition E46? - the ones with BMW Motorsort written around the studs? They look like BBS CH wheels and I personally thought they looked very well on those cars...
Whilst we're at it, Alpinas look very nice too!

HTH - Nick.

Yes, no problem, but you will have to run spacers, as the E90 wheels run an offset that fills the arches more (hence why the E92 M3 Competition wheels are often fitted to the E46 M3 / CSL - they are similar style to the CSL wheels, but run an offset that fills the arches without spacers - do a search for Shimmy's thread with these wheels on his car).
