Default My first 300 miles in the car

So since having a new engine Ive managed 300 miles in it.

The car had some small issues since not moving for 21 months, SMG related, alternator, power steering pump, tie rod ends, steering gaitors, bushes, undertray, clutch, suspension which have all been resolved.

For 21 months I had in my mind that I would sell the car straight away as Ive grown to live without it.

AM I OFF MY ROCKER!!!!!!!!!! WELL I MUST OF BEEN.

This thing growls, blips, farts and sounds amazing and I can still only go to approx 3.5k/4k max revs.

Gets looks everywhere I go and so loud when going through the gears. Im keeping Supersprint cats and non res pipe with OEM exhaust.

Looking forward to a ring trip next year in it.

Compared to the track car this thing still has bags of grip on normal Michelin Sports and OEM setup.

Need a good blat to the coast early one weekend.

Good news Billyboy New engine bedding in nicely ?
I'll be up for that as long as all my front end panels are back from the painter and as Shimmy said you'll have to be at the back mate

does the cats + non-res section sound better than stock with the race backbox?

and which of the above config is lighter?
