At Millbrook tomoz for training with CAT. Training ranges from high speed circle thro' to Alpine Route & Handling Circuit.

2 adults in car, Pilot Supersports on standard rims, standard suspension.

Any tyre pressure recommendations welcome!

Standard road pressures are fine for the CAT day - only short bursts in the car

As glendog says road pressures are fine.

With Andy Walsh you are advised to pump up to 50psi.

Always got a bit nervous above 45psi
