Punters just can not see a bargain...or they can but they want an even cheaper bargain.

Spoke to my car dealer mate who said it was cheap and would retail on the forecourt for 25k.

I know what SMD means when he talks of CSL owners wanting the best and your car is higher miles of course, compared to others anyway.

When i looked for mine over a year ago i wanted a sub-20k miler. I ended up with a 36k one as it was immaculate! It now has almost 49k on the clock and is not quite so pristine after a few track days...!

Knowing what i know now though, and the fact that i take mine on track, i wouldn't think twice of buying a higher miles car - so long as it has all the servicing and usual recall/warranty stuff in it's history.

Your car is a great bargain Mark. I still say hold on to it though!

have you driven an rs4 yet? id be interested in the camparison i think id miss the handling smg and noise too much when i had mine painted there was an rs4 at the garage then reckoned he understeered in to a ditch doh!
