1. Mechanical support -( Sir Giraffe of Elms)
2. Vehicle trailer - Option for broken down car to be transported locally
3. Official Tour Photographer - taking shots and compiling all photos into record (MattCSLnut + Adem.csl wifey helping)
4. Official Movie Maker - if anybody loves video and wants to make a YT record
5. Track Wheels transport & storage - taking spare sets of wheels
6. Dinner hosts - organising dinners/evening venues for 3 nights (Shimmy Munich, Trawler in Salzburg)
7. Twitter/website - set up new account and tweet (Billyboym3)
8. TrAckday helpers - might need a few guys not driving on track to do some admin on the day. Sailorbaz, Jim, alexGTT
9. Group leaders - making sure that each group gets to the daytime events at Munich (MarkCSL Sweatyland, alexGTT Wales, Yanto Southeast, NeilM NE)
10. Dodgy East End Auctioneers - Billyboym3 and s1csl

Ok, I have unilaterally decided to promote some people to Shimmys Helpers list, sorry but I don't want to second all week working.


Here you are!

8. Porsche Museum trip coordinator - Bealo

9. Media Co-ordinated - Pistonheads, Michelin, BMWTv - Glendog74

We still needd someone to try to get together all movie clips and stuff from the media attending to post some YT clips after the event. If anyone has an interest in this please say so but make sure you follow thru or we will always hate you

Myself and Billyboycsl's crew will be leaving the Tiergarten hotel at the Nurburgring around 9am Saturday morning and hope to arrive at the museum about midday.

Me and the old boy fancy this however it will depend how much time we can make up when we get off the ferry Sat morning.
