Selling my 996 C2 to get an CSL
Right... I've decided, I'm going to sell my 911 (996) C2 to get a CSL, the exclusivity of the CSL along with the anonymity to most people attracts me... I'm tired of people treating me differently because I drive a Porsche and the wife always gets embarrassed when I pick her up from the Gym...
No doubt everyone on here agrees that I am making the correct decision! |

I very nearly bought a 997 C2s before the CSL (wife put a stop to it because of the rear "seating")....
Glad I went the CSL route now tho Steve

How long have you had your CSL and what car has it been closest to for you? I've had various things, E34 M5, E30 325 Con, E55 AMG, 944 turbo... |

It's hard to compare it to any of the others but for me as a package it just seems right from the outset, the seating position, the ride comfort, the power etc all seems "right" without having to spend £1000's modifying the car (which for me is amazing lol)... Steve

Sold my 997 C2S (which constantly broke down) and replaced it with my CSL. No comparison, CSL is much better all round. Still have a hankering for a GT3 but cannot bring myself to sell the CSL.

That's what I really want.... but reading online some people prefer the CSL over the GT3....
