Steering wheel cover

Just got back from the Autosport Show, and the CSL there had a steering wheel cover on it, which I thought was a good idea so when doing dirty work on the car until hands cleaned would protect the wheel from grease and grime.
Asked the BMW owners stand if the sold them guess what NO and don't know where they could be got from.

Anybody know ??
