From reading all the relevant forums it seems the blame is turning more and more in the direction of the "Ring Masters" for inadequate warning sinage of the road works in what is a fairly fast & tricky corner ( Kesselshen not Bergwerk as originally reported ) which has caught out a few car in the past, including VLN Racers, without the additional hindrance of a Road works crew and their useless "too little too late" warning sign
A bunch of Lawyers will make a small fortune out of this one.

Here is a good link of the track prior to the crash blatently pinched from a PH poster. I do think the repair men need to do a two week re teach on where to place warning signs on a fast flowing toll road:-
