Ring weekend 29th sept

Hi all. I need to use up my ring card before the whole administrative farce over there renders my remaining lap credits useless.
Looks like there is a joint gp/north-loop tourist day on sat 29th, followed by a now rare Monday afternoon+eve sesh on the Monday.
I'm worried about German holidays though. When we went last year and happened across a German hol weekend it was clusterfuck. Even the ring taxi got involved in the carnage.
Is the any way to tell the German hols?
