Rear brake bind
Can a fault with the DSC cause a rear brake to be applied?
This evening tyre pressure warning light comes on, get where I'm going and walk round car to do visual check, get to offside rear and can smell and feel the heat coming from disc. Stay there an hour and drive home slowly with DSC turned off. Get home and no heat coming from disc, stripped down and cleaned the caliper, piston was able to pushed in by hand and could find no obvious reason for the pads to bind? Is it one of those things or do I have a problem lurking somewhere. |

If it keeps sticking, must be time to upgrade. Fancied doing the Porsche Brembo caliper on the front, anybody done anything similar on the rear.
