Default life of cups

I have a used set of cups, no longer road legal and was wondering how many more trackdays I could get out of them? As have a trackday booked for monday and don't want to take them if they will only last half a day.

Wear is about 1.6 all round

Thanks in advance for any advice.

I think it is pretty unusual to wear out Cups on track on the mainnpart of the tyre, particularly at the front. If I were you I would check the inside and out side edges really carefully for signs of going through to the cord.

If you have good even wear at the front keep going until there is no rubber left!

Thanks for the advice, they are pretty even 1.6 all the way across, so sounds like they should be good to go for the whole day :sup:

Fingers crossed it stays dry!!
