St Lucia, Barbados, Antigua - which one ?
Which is best folks ??
Looking for beach mainly but other stuff to do if bored of sand, sea & cocktails.... Booking tomorrow for a Nov break - not been to any previously.... Similar deal (price) on all 3, all 4* so I'll be glad of input from register massif...... |

St Lucia - lovely but rather quiet
Barbados - lots of Yanks but a fair amount to do besides beach Antigua - never been Go to Florida instead!

Babados very touristy and can be mad busy if there's a couple of Cruiseships in. But, find a quiet spot on the other side of the Island and you'll have the best of both worlds. Can get round the Island in a couple of hours in a Hire Care iirc.
The others I've never been to, sorry. Good luck, I'm looking for somewhere for January myself at the moment but flying back and forward to Brasil every 6 weeks, don't know if I can be arsed with 7-8 hours to the Carribean if I'm being honest. |

Ian, been to all three mate ... all shite !! Seriously, for what you want St Lucia probably up there, as others have alluded to, quieter of the 3 , as Baz says Barbados when Cruise ships are in is busy, Antigua ... cant remember very much ! The added interest with St Lucia ia , that if you visit the Power Station ...I mean why wouldnt you ?? You can say that your mate Duncan installed those 146 tonne engines about 12 years ago !
