How to find a specific number plate
Does anyone know of a website you can use that will find and located the where abouts of a specific number plate?
I'm trying to find either B3 ALO, B4 ALO, B6 ALO All the cherished number plate selling websites haven't got them. If they are already on somebody's car is there anyway to find out WHO's so i can ask if they want to sell it?????
