Only downside is high rpm motorway cruising, but I dont really class that as a downside. But others who commute might as on long journies it can cause drops in MPG.

I have not tried the ss headers on the csl, but on the M3 I dont think they made any, if very little difference. All my opinion of course, but a few tuners are echoing my thoughts as well.

Nice. Very impressed with it's ability to just about stay with GT3 on the straight and you've gotta love how grippy a well set up CSL is in the corners.

Been thinking about a 4.1 diff for sometime now. Might get myself a spare diff and take the plunge this year.

bought mine from Woppum, done very few miles as he didnt get on with it

i have to say that apart from the first 20 yards of the first drive where you do notice hitting the rev limit a bit quicker it has no other downside. I thought with a few saying that they "couldnt get on with the noise", i was expecting a noise similar to the plated diffs but nothing other than normal!!!

I have noticed its has the ability to spin up the wheels quicker

yes i suppose you do have more time at higher revs and i suppose on a motorway run you will be running a little higher in the rev range but CHANGE UP and all is sorted

Silverstone Monday to see how it fairs on track

could be very good value

if you got say 5-10 people you could get ONE new recon diff, fit at Simpsons and the next persons gets the previous diff reconned by Simpsons with new seals etc and primary 4.10 gear.

You should be able to get a really good deal and then sell the diff you have left at the end, all reconned

Nromally costs you £1000 for diff but i reckon you could do it for £500/person
