Default CSL Steering Rack

I have a CSL steering rack available, it'll require two new tie rod ends / rack arms and one rubber boot to make it whole again. But the mechanical function of the rack is just fine.

I'll post some pictures later, but like I said this rack is not complete, I can supply some arms (they were pulled out of the socket) however I'd replace them for good measure.

PM, e-mail; craig@cmpracing.co.uk or phone/text 07737 3844557.

Out of interest craig how do you know its mechanically fine if you have not fitted the tie rods and connnected it up to a pressurised pas system to rule out leaks?

Wouldnt want someone to fit it and end up with a csl like yours when the steering locks up.

Had a local hydraulic place take a look, they claimed to pressure it up to check for leaks and everything was fine. Obviously I have not bolted it up to a car and run it, although if it fits my e36 I might just do that, and keep it on there!!

Depending on the interest, I'm tempted to send it to powersteering.co.uk and get them to re-build it and then sell it at a higher premium complete. This all depends on interest, I am making any potential buyer aware of everything. As most know, I refused to even sell this rack until someone else had looked at it!

I wasnt being funny with my post craig, I was just trying to clarify,

If you fully refurbed it with boots, tie rods and track rod ends I think you would get better return,
