castle combe dangerous bend
if anyome could explain me why there is so many crash on this bend...i can't believe all drivers on this video have not brain...

The crash tyres do a good job. some of the damage is pretty light
should have more of them on circuits. |

Looking at some of the cars after the impacts with the tyres, the damage is surprisingly light.

Wow, the bloke in the Lotus was very lucky!!
Nothing wrong with this corner provided you brake before the brow and treat it as a wide hairpin with a very late apex. If you brake after the brow you're off early. If you get the power on before the apex you're off late! TIP; after braking before the brow aim for the traffic lights on the bank and turn in late, then apex late and let car run to the end of of the rumble strip on the outside of the corner.
