Odd delay on full throttle
Hi,
Picked up my CSL 3 weeks ago and absolutely loving it. Noticed an odd delay when on full throttle having changed from 2nd to 3rd (sport on change speed 5), a little bit like turbo lag. Thought it might be the dsc is working but no light comes on. Doesn't always happen, maybe 2 or 3 times but most noticable when pulling away from Severn Bridge tolls. Any thoughts? |

Don't think so. Not like slipping clutch if that is what slurr implies. Really feels like power being cut just like dsc. This has only happened when changing up when the change up lights have flashed up.

Just because the DSC light isn't flickering doesn't mean it isn't happening, so it's probably that. Big problem on trackdays is if you run with DSC ON or M-TRACK ON then it cuts the power after a hard gearchange just like you describe (but you won't necessarily get the dashboard light flickering).

Yup what Spine said if you are giving it beans from 2nd to 3rd sometimes you get a lag effect. DO the same thing with M-Track button pressed in and notice the difference
Oh and do it in the dry
