Cup2s in the wet
Supposedly they are an improvement in the wet.
First drive in the rain today and hit a small shallow patch of standing water. These new cups still do not like standing water. Be warned. |

Yes, everything ok thanks. Just some innocuous standing water that I don't even think I would have worried about on full fat cups. To feel the car aquaplane was a real shock even if it was for a brief second. I will need to check in what area Michelin claim the new cups are better in the wet. I for one now have less confidence in them than the full fat version. I was expecting more from them following the claims & deeper tread, silly me.
