Nice find!

Interesting that CSL didn't have the production rear bootlid. The colour almost looks like a very dark grey.

Quite a few differences with the dash as well.

Nice find Alex. Chris Harris drove one of these prototypes in 2002 for Autocar and loved it

@ Marv968 ... the Prototype pre production CSLs were in Stahlgrau aka "Steel Grey" as per regular E46 M3.
