I've put Osram Nightbreakers in my 325 as the standard halogens were bobbins - the Nightbreakers are a huge improvement over standard.

Can't comment on longevity.

I can I had the OSRAM Nightbreakers in my non Xenon Cecil since I bought it in 2009. Still going strong on the original set I fitted in '09 although my Cecil only gets out to play in the summer months.

Oilman, nice to hear you are doing well or expanding your range. Do you also do a straight replacement for the OEM headlights?

I keep looking at the oil cans complete with sealable pouring spout but boy oh boy they seem expensive.

Does anyone on here use them - ??

Hi Pip

Our bulbs are upgrade ones rather than standard.

The Oil Safe cans are very popular with people on oil rigs (where they want very tough stuff) or professional motorsport, (where money is no object). For normal home servicing, they are probably overkill, but they are very good.

Cheers

Tim

Thank you for the heads up Oilman/ Tim. I will get some oil cans eventually and then perhaps build the rig afterwards . You are not making it any easier to justify to my wife Tim.
