VW Caddy - late call

My brother is probably getting one tomorrow - God help us. I may pop along to have a look see. Apart from four wheels, what should I look out for.

He thinks that they are the best thing since sliced bread. For me there is no "M" and no "sch" in Caddy.

Any tip top tips appreciated.
