Top mount washer

Just realised I hadnt put my top mount covers back on since fitting my KWs, so I went to put them on and noticed there was no washer between the bolt and 'clamp'. Im positive I put it back together right, but can someone confirm for me.

Cant remember from mine , all dark outside , will have a look in the morning and check
