Front spoiler ground clearance?
Could some kind soul please measure the ground clearane of their non-modified CSL at the front from its lowest point ie. at the botttom of the front splitters?
Even though I have sold my CSL, this is pertinent to my next potential purchase. The CSL just about (by millimetres) cleared what I need it clear. I just what to check that my next potential purchase does as well. Thank in advance. |

Completely standard rims and tyres...can't remember what the front tyre dimensions were but whatever a CSL normally runs on:

Many thanks for that Dave!
This could be a problem for me then. I measured the height of a new potential purchase at only 13 cm and my ex-CSL only just managed to clear the slope up on to my drive. I guess there may be some variation dependent upon the distance of the front spoiler to the centre of the front wheels i.e the shorter the over-hang the quicker the front spoiler will raised in height. |
