Default Race Car Born-M3 GTR+V10 M5

Hi all ///M Fans!
I want to share my new race project standard E36 M3 3.0 286hp to reborn in proper race car for Time Attack Championship with V10 M5 Engine from BMW E60 M5 2007 on 56k miles.
Before to make this new vision I use the car in our Time Attack Championship in Bulgaria with his standard engine.I was bought the car from UK,this is my 3rd ///M car and 5th BMW who was buy for UK.
I drive the car 2 seasons before make this conversion which is not yet finished.I hope for the next race sesson the car will be done and ready for race.
When I buy the car in 2010 I try to cut all interior and all parts is not needed from inside.
Make custom roll cage like FIA Instructions and put he proper suspesion Bilstein B14 Coilover kit and all around fit Poweflex bushes, new strut braces.Full rebuild the OEM ///M Brakes with EBC Yellow Stuff brake pads, rebuilt and sprayed the brake calipers, new Zimmermann Formula Z brake discs and Goodridge brake hoses.Put the Combrake hydraulic handbrake for cornersJ
Custom full exhaust system, straight pipes is so so loud!
Put the new clutch kit+flywheel Sachs Performance and the new “shoes” 4 x 9x18 ET 27 all around from E46 M3 Style 67 M Doppelspeiche resprayed in satin black with Pirelli Pzero 24/64/18 full slick.
Some photos of the great stock ///M3:

After all I fit new induction kit BMC CDA Carbon Airbox and make my own vented air systemJ

Next I buy my favorite BBS wheels ever-the gorgeous BBS CH MOTORSPORT
8.5x19 ET 20 with 235/35/19 and rear 10x19 ET 20 with 265/30/19

The old vision and car was done and some photos from our track events,National BMW Meeting an another race events in action,Enjoy:

Now in 2013 the all concept will be change I will make a DTM/GTR Vision WIDEBODY,Lightweight version with many parts from real carbon fibre and fiberglass parts too with V10 M5 Engine with 507hp with Kohler Racing Engine Management Kit and use the manual 6 speed gearbox from BMW E39 M5 S62 Engine. The clutch kit I thing will be from import direct from USA on Clutch Masters with lightweight flywheel from UUC,Fidanza etc.
All new exhaust system of course and thing will be very interesting because I make end tail pipe ends from real carbon fibre.New cooling system with Mishimoto aluminium water radiator with new douple electric fans may be 12” or 14” inch wide.If nessesery I will put second water radiator for most effective cooling system.
The body work is almost done-need only made a “VENTURY” effect carbon rear side splitter and make a general change in cockpit.
I try to uptade when make new on the car but because stay some days on dynoJ for proper settings on the car I try to make many photos to show all project.
I hope in the end of this year I will put the engine, gearbox and all mechanical parts in the car because have many months work on the car and want when she is be done be the a real race car for many funs days and enjoy with her every minute.
I will work slow but carefully and proper because this project is so expensive and hard to finish for me and I want to make a good real race for for international Time Attack or Track Days Events.
Enjoy with some photos fro last uptade on the carJ

Here is final GTR Lightweight Body:

…and the real carbon fibre roof,only 2.200kg!

Come and DASH2 Display for Race Technology

Well Martin it was worth the wait, that looks like one serious motor, it must have cost you a fortune.
You could have bought yourself a CSL, probably not as much fun, you be careful out there that lump will pack some punch!
