Cable tray across top of engine
Plastic cable tray that run across top of engine forward of the AC pollen filter?
Mine is broken a couple of clips and in a bit tidy up the wee things I contacted BMW for a part number to be told that its unavailable... Item 20 in this diagram: |

Mine snapped ages ago and i simply ty-wrapped the loom to another one nearby which runs in a similar orientation.

Can't help you with finding one, but mine fell off once too. None of the clips were broken, but it still came off some how and was loose in the engine bay! I have put a few high temp cable ties around it - just in case.
