Broken Flipper Repair

This is a carbon Flipper i got to repair before pictures

This is the broken part rubbed down and the broken part cleaned

Fist repair the crack on the inside this was after the first coat of resin and
then a piece of carbon applied

The front after 1 clear coat of resin it will need more to fill the broken part
to add strength to it

Cant see the pics on the boat im on Mark but I have a very small hole in one of mine from a stone (2-3mm).
Reckon its something you could work your magic on?

Mark, what sanding process do you use? I see machine marks and wondered what machine you have/use. I'm after a new orbital.

Its just a mouse sander and it was 80grit so it lets the resin get a good bite
the sanding marks don't show through the resin

Im not due back onshore until the 28th at the earliest so will be into next year before I get that organised
