Unhappy CSL noise!

Hi guys/gals, took out the Csl for a spin, and noticed the airbox noise is alot quieter and the car sounds more like a standard M3!! Do you reckon the flap may not be opening or could it be stuck?

Quite possible. Easiest way is to turn sport mode on and see if it sounds any louder. If not, the flap is probably stuck.

Open the bonnet start the car sport mode on and just after 3000 rpm the flap should open

if you arent sure balance a camcorder pointing at the flap and sport on, rev above 5000 and see what happens

(the owner does this at his own risk and the OP bares no responsibility for the camcorder falling off and breaking)
