battery experts
I have a varley red top 20 in my 1600 cvh fiesta which has given up the ghost. I was looking to replace but the spec sheet says it good up to 1 Litre cars same as the Odyssey 20 ....
is this OK to use on a 1600 ? The Odyssey looks to have a better spec just a tad heavier. Any thoughts from anyone who knows about this sort of thing oh and can you lay any battery on its side? |

In the mx5 we spent money on getting lightweight batteries then saw the championship leader had a tractor battery in the boot! It was all about putting the weight in the right place!

Was that battery to lift those lights out of the bonnet, and only one works most the time ??
