Default CSL Seat height issue - that bloody adjustor screw

Just decided to put my CSL seats back into my car, so I thought I would mess about with the heights of the seat. That bloody grub screw is only rounded to fcuk isnt it

Any idea how to get it out?

Shock load/get your weight behind the allen screw when you turn it! Worse case you will have to 'easy-out' it (i.e. drilling) - or take it to BMW...!
