Be interested to hear your thoughts on comparison. Do occasionally think of switch the other way but scared I wouldn't get back to csl where I know history & condition aswell etc.

Very nice mate, where you from? That's a smart place to put the CSL to sleep in the evening. Beats my shed, for sure.

not sure if its the picture, but it looks like the CSL badge is too high.
i think the bottom of the CSL lettering should be inline with the bottom of the M3 badge car looks great! id also like to know where that is, nice parking!!! |

hi guys, btw i am from Hong Kong! nice to meet you guys! but i stayed in uk for 10years in the past.
both cars are good, but it serve different purpose, the new m3 is a much easier to drive(just like playing gt5), faster on straight luxury cruiser. the csl is a more more hardcore car, the handling, braking, steering and response are in 2 different world. the sound My new m3 has full akrapovic exhaust on it, and during low rpm it is louder than csl, but when you compare the high rev, the csl scream louder. acceleration, i think the first 3 gear are very similar, but when it comes to top end, the new m3 are much quicker. Gearbox, i think the dct is like playing gt5, it is way too easy and friendly, it is not raw like the csl, this is purely my opinion really i am not regret at all, since my car is only for weekend, i have a 530 for work, and i think it serve the purpose right, plus a save quite a bit of money. |
